We are proud to inform you that we have been awarded a test grade of 3 1/2 sails on the 5 point evaluation scale, classification “good”. Independent and qualified test persons, mystery guests, tested more than 500 room and apartment complexes in the Wörthersee area and we were given a good grade. We are of course extremely happy and will do our very best to maintain the above average standards of service and hotel facilities in the future.

The accommodation appraisal is carried out by test persons (mystery guests), who have been specifically trained for this purpose, who stay in the accommodation over night disguised as guests. Based on the evaluation of the mystery guests the hotel complexes are then rated in the following areas: facilities, quality of service and overall ranking.
